Create IFTTT or Zapier integrations to allow to sync tasks, calendar, accounting to other tools, such as Google (tasks, notes, calendar, email, contacts, drive). Otherwise, connect Podio or other CRMs so property information, contact info, etc can automatically connect/feed into the software.
